What is Waiver Services (AAW/HCBS)? - Waiver services, also known as Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), are state-specific Medicaid programs that allow individuals to receive long-term care services in their homes or communities instead of nursing homes, funded through a federal/state waiver.
4. Who can benefit from these services? - Our programs are designed for teens and adults alike that are diagnosed on the autism spectrum.
5. How are the services individualized? - Every individual receives an individualized plan developed in collaboration with parents, caregivers, educators, and our specialized team. We use ongoing assessments to adapt interventions based on progress and emerging needs.
6. What type of therapies are available? Individual and family therapy sessions with a licensed professional counselor. Behavior Support is provided by credentialed and experienced Behavior Specialists.
